How Stress Plays an Important Role in Healing with Hashimoto’s
Stress is one of the main, and often unspoken, root causes of an autoimmune condition. Mental health and gut health are also intertwined, it matters how we feel and what we eat. If stress is not managed, it shows itself as physical ailments.
