Who am I?
Chiropractor, movement specialist, strength enthusiast, Mama to Elvis, owner of a thriving chiropractic clinic in New York City.
And I reversed my Hashimoto’s.
I know the struggle firsthand as I was:
- Exhausted even after sleeping 14 hours a night
- Gaining weight no matter how much I worked out
- Struggling to finish my sentences
- In chronic pain with full body joint and muscle aches
- Constantly injuring myself when I tried to workout
I tried all the recommendations of my doctors including go for a 20 minute walk, do yoga, pilates, or low impact exercise. But this would make my muscles ache more and my joints feel more loose.
