Her workout routines consisted of activities mostly cardio in things she loved to do, working in the garden and horseback riding. She dared not to pick up weights as they were intimidating and overwhelming.

Starting with her Hashimoto’s diagnosis, Danielle’s lifestyle took a dramatic shift for the better. She found Thyroid Strong and began integrating resistance training because the instructor of the workouts was relatable, a fellow Hashimoto’s woman who has encountered the same obstacles and is not letting the diagnosis define her.
